Please join us in welcoming Jennifer Allen, who joined the State Conservation Commission in October 2025 as a Grants Specialist.

A lifelong Washingtonian, Jennifer has lived in communities across the state and earned her degree in Geography from Central Washington University. She began her career with the U.S. Forest Service in 2017, where she served as a Forestry Technician, Off-Road Vehicle & Snow Ranger, and Grants Management Specialist.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her dogs, exploring trails and historical sites, driving through the forests, trying out new cuisines, and seeking out anything with a spooky theme. We’re excited to have Jennifer’s skills and enthusiasm supporting the SCC’s grant programs!
