We are excited to launch our new Executive Equity Learning Series!  

The Office of Equity will host webinars supporting Washington State Agency Leadership, PEAR Teams, and other DEI Practitioners.  

These webinars aim to increase the knowledge, skills, and ability of us all within these leadership roles. We do this to fulfill one of our main goals: to deliver services more equitably and meet the unique needs of every person in Washington. In these events, we will be asking and answering questions like:

• What does it mean to make an Agency Strategic Plan that is embedded in equity?  

• What does it look like to facilitate strategic planning work sessions utilizing equity-centered resources and techniques?  

• What does it look like to make effective and equitable goals and benchmarks for your office?  

• What are SMARTIE Goals? How do we go from SMARTIE Goal to equitable results?  

We are offering a number of events, but these events are catered specifically for YOU as DEI & PEAR Leaders.
