SCC has received a Public Records Request.  Please make this a priority.

Everyone will need to search your records for any documents related to this request.  Please send me an email to Karla Heinitz and let her know if you have any information. She has a checklist of all staff and will be checking off everyone as to whether you do have or don’t have any information.    

Karla will set up a folder in the y-drive for staff who have relevant documents: Y:\Files\@ Public Records Request #2025-11_Staff Responses.

Search all emails, hard drives, the “Y” drive, SmartSheet etc. (or any other areas you might use) using the search terms “Liberum, LLC,” “Liberum,” “KR Creative Strategies." These are examples of search terms. Conduct your search terms that are reasonably likely to uncover all responsive records. The date range is December 15, 2023, through December 18, 2025.

This public records request is for emails and documents related to Liberum, LLC, and KR Creative Strategies and affiliated associates hired or under contract to the Washington State Conservation Commission from December 15, 2023, to present. The specific criteria for the records requested are as follows:

1. Date of contract, qualifications, scope of work, and deliverables.
2. The dollar amount of contracts, dates, and amounts of invoices and payments.
3. All relevant emails and documents related to recommendations, draft reports, final reports, or other deliverables from contracted entities.

With the holidays quickly approaching, please let Karla know by December 23, 2025, if you might have information.  This will allow her to communicate with the requester on a timeline to provide the information.
