The SCC Connects planning team is hard at work on creating a robust agenda for our time together, with the goal of creating a sense of connection and esprit de corps for everyone. Here are answers to some frequently asked questions we’ve received so far:

What are the meeting details?

When:           Tuesday ,December 16^th

Time:             8:30 a.m. –4:00 p.m.

Will there be an option to have dinner with other SCC staff on Monday?

For those interested, a group of us will be gathering at O’Blarney’s Irish Pub around 5 p.m. on Monday evening to have dinner and socialize. Address: 4411 Martin Way E., Olympia, WA 98516. Alicia will be sending out a calendar invite to staff to gather RSVPs.

When will the agenda be available?

The planning committee is hoping to have it finalized by the first week of December.

Is this an in-person only meeting, or will there be a Zoom option?

This is an in-person only staff meeting. We will not behaving a virtual option.

I’m coming from out-of-town. Is there a hotel block available?

Yes. We have direct billing for State Conservation Commission staff at the:
