After completing the data assessment with the assistance of the ISG group over the past few months, we are embarking on the next phase of our agency’s IT journey. Our goal for the next nine months is to prepare for the transition to modern data management systems. However, before we can proceed, we need to organize our existing data.

The initial step in this process is to collect all relevant data used by our agency. We kindly request that you provide any Smartsheets, Formstack forms, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, or other materials related to SCC work. The only exception would be if you have an Excel sheet downloaded from one of the mentioned programs that does not require sharing.

This data collection is just the beginning of our journey toward new systems. As we move forward, ISG and I will hold meetings to address questions and provide further clarity on the ongoing work.
