The 2026 WADE Conference Registration and Lodging form is now available for SCC staff required to attend.

‍Before you complete the form, please be sure you have written permission from your supervisor to attend. This will need to be uploaded (in PDF format) on your registration form.

LODGING

There are two primary lodging options available:

• Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort (on-site):
  Staff staying on-site will share a room with one or two other attendees. The registration form will include a space where you can indicate your preferred roommate(s).

• Hampton Inn & Suites Leavenworth (off-site hotel):
  The Admin Team has reserved a block of rooms for SCC staff at Hampton Inn & Suites Leavenworth, located at 301 Ward Strasse, Leavenworth, WA 98826, for staff who prefer not to stay on-site.  

Please submit your registration by Friday, March 27.
